Florence offers a unique profile and experience
to the Advancement Director position. She has over
twenty years of experience in the field of development,
marketing and event planning. Before joining EB in 2002, she held
the position of Vice President of Business Development
and Marketing for the San Francisco Chamber of
Commerce. She has lived and worked in France, in
Switzerland and in the United States, and she has
gained a solid cross-cultural expertise as a professional
but also as a bi-cultural parent.
Many of you might have met Florence as she is very much acquainted
with our diverse community. She was an EB parent for 12 years, and
has served as EB Trustee and Chair of the Development Committee. She
and her husband Jules have two children: Mark, EB class of 2000, and
Olivia, class of 2003. |

Jennifer Monahan joined the Advancement
Office in 2004. Although her primary focus is
fundraising, she also coordinates PR for the school
and edits the Weekly Note. Jennifer blends a background
in education (she earned a Ph.D. in French at UC
Berkeley and taught there for several years) with
work at the parenting support nonprofits Bananas
and Berkeley Parents’ Network. She has 2 children at EB, Catherine (G5) and Sarah (G2). |

Véronique Jordan joined Ecole
Bilingue in January 1998. After working two years
as an assistant to the Assistant Head and two years
for the Middle School, she joined the Development
office in July 2002, as the Development Assistant.
Her main responsibilities include fundraising and publishing the Weekly Note.
Prior to working at EB, she worked several years for Citicorp Trust in
San Francisco. Her
twin boys, Brian and William, are EB alumni.
Véronique has a great interest in photography, new technology and multimedia,
and keeps upgrading her skills by taking computer and graphics classes.
Originally from France, she has been in California since 1987. |
