Financial Aid
EB families may apply to one of two need-based financial aid programs.
The first is EB’s own program for families who do not hold French citizenship, and covers up to 55% of tuition and trips.
Completed applications for EB’s financial aid are due in mid-January for continuing families. For new families, the deadlines depend on the date of their application. For deadlines please click here.

The second program, administered by the French government, is for French families residing in the US and whose children are registered with the Consulate. This program covers up to 100% of tuition based on demonstrated financial need.
Completed applications for the French Bourses Scolaires must be received by the French Consulate by (date to be announced, usually Mid-March) , if the family is already residing in the United States (regardless of whether they are new or continuing EB families). Families currently living abroad should contact the French Consulate for information on deadlines and procedures.
If you did not apply for bourses scolaires for the current school year with the the San Francisco French Consulate, you need to make an appointment at the Consulate
