Antoine Portales Business Manager |

Antoine Portales joined the EB Business Office team in September 1992. He has worked as EB’s Business Manager and Director of Financial Aid since September 1993. Antoine holds a « maîtrise d’administration économique et sociale » from the University of Paris XII. Antoine settled in the Bay Area in 1990. |

Noëlle Singharath Business Office Assistant |

Noëlle, originally from Laos, comes from a very large family. After moving to the States in 1979, she settled first in Oakland and then in Merced. She graduated from Merced High, then attended Fresno State University where she got a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on International Business. She started her career at EB in 2000. Her son Brandon is enrolled at EB in Grade 4. |

Nghi Huynh Accountant |

Nghi has been part of the EB family since 2002. Prior to that, she was employed by KTVU Television Station in Oakland, and Pepsi Cola Bottling Co., in Hayward, where she handled the payroll and various positions in the Accounting Department. Nghi attended Merritt College and graduated with an Associate degree in Accounting. |

Christophe has worked in construction in seven different countries, has over fifteen years’ experience working as a contractor in the East Bay, and has won four awards, including two in Berkeley for historically sensitive design. In addition, he speaks French, Spanish, and English fluently. |

Javier was born in Mexico. In 1990, he joined the EB community by taking his brother Raul's position as maintenance supervisor. After living a few years in Richmond, he recently moved with his wife and 3 children to Suisun. He became an American citizen in 1997. During his free time, he likes to race motorcycles. He owns three: a Harley, a Kawa 750 and a dirt bike, a 285 cc Suzuki. He enjoys the mix of different cultures at EB. |
