PARENTS' ASSOCIATION
Parents' Association Role at EB
The EB Parents' Association (PA) was created in 1978. The purpose of the PA is to support EB and EB’s mission as may be requested by the EB Administration and the EB Board of Trustees; to support EB’s strategic and operation goals; and to represent the parents’ voice by facilitating communication between parents, faculty, and administration.
To help build community and positive school spirit, the PA organizes and supports events and services for the school community including:
- World Celebrations Picnic
- Evening Presentations
- Room Representatives
- Teacher Recognition Luncheon
- Fundraising events such as the auction, raffle, and marché
- Clothing sales to promote school spirit and visibility
All parents are automatically members of the Parents' Association (there are no dues) and elect the officers annually. Parents can participate by attending the regularly scheduled Open PA Meetings and by volunteering to assist in school events.
